Pregnancy massage in brings tranquility to you and your baby. Pregnancy brings its own set of changes and busyness. I provide a moment of respite where you can leave those behind and fully enjoy the present. During the massage, I prioritize areas that undergo strain during pregnancy. Not forgetting the rest of your body, aside from your belly. Each pregnancy is unique, so I am happy to customize the massage to your specific needs. With a gentle and soothing approach, I ensure minimal stimulation to your circulatory and hormonal systems while avoiding certain pressure points. After the massage, you'll feel relaxed and rejuvenated, ready to take on anything that comes your way.

The massage itself is 90 minutes. I'll be around 2 hours with some tea and a snack.
